Uchatz is a product by Hefajst Dynamics, a Slovenian software studio specialising in AI automation and business software. We build tools that help small and medium businesses across Europe compete with larger companies — without the overhead.

The idea came from a simple observation: small businesses lose customers every day simply because they can't respond fast enough. A restaurant misses a reservation enquiry at 10pm. A hotel doesn't answer a booking question on Sunday. A property manager gets a WhatsApp message in German and doesn't know how to reply.

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: email address, password (hashed), business name and type
  • Business knowledge base: the information you provide to train your AI
  • Conversation data: messages sent and received through your connected channels
  • Usage data: message counts, response times, feature usage
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Uchatz service
  • To generate AI responses to your customers' messages
  • To send service-related emails (confirmation, billing, support)
  • To improve service reliability and performance

4. AI processing

Uchatz uses OpenAI to generate responses. Your data is never used to train AI models.

5. Data sharing

  • Supabase (EU) — database and authentication
  • OpenAI — AI response generation
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Microsoft Azure (EU region) — hosting infrastructure

We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

1. Service

Uchatz is an AI-powered messaging assistant operated by Računalniško programiranje, HEFAJST, Peter Španovič s.p. (Slovenia). By signing up you agree to these terms.

2. Free trial

New accounts receive a 48-hour free trial with full access. No credit card is required. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue using the service.

3. Business use only

Uchatz is intended exclusively for business use. By creating an account, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or business capacity, not as a private consumer. The EU consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for any paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Uchatz to send spam, illegal content, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Message limits

Each plan includes a monthly message limit. If your usage exceeds the limit, AI responses may be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Data processing (DPA)

By using Uchatz, you authorise Hefajst Dynamics to process personal data on your behalf solely for the purpose of providing the service. We act as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. Your data is never sold or used to train AI models. Sub-processors: OpenAI (EU), Supabase (EU), Microsoft Azure (EU). A full DPA is available on request at peterspanovic@hefajst.com.

9. Intellectual property

The Uchatz platform, branding, and code are owned by Hefajst Dynamics. Your business data and knowledge base remain yours.

10. Liability

Uchatz provides AI-generated responses based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect or harmful AI responses. You are responsible for the information you train your AI with.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Disputes shall be resolved in Slovenian courts.
